Key Responsibilities * Handle yoga-related inquiries through WhatsApp, Instagram, and calls * Guide clients in selecting suitable yoga programs according to their goals and health concerns * Follow up with interested leads and assist in enrollment process * Manage client communication in a professional and organized manner * Maintain inquiry data, bookings, renewals, and attendance records * Coordinate with the yoga team for batch scheduling and client updates * Assist in community management and student support * Help manage daily operational and administrative tasks * Respond to client queries regarding timings, plans, and programs * Support sales and client relationship management for online yoga services
