Post misleading, fake, or fraudulent job listings.
Incorporate links leading to malware, phishing sites, or inappropriate portals.
Use scrapers, robots, or automated scripts to extract data without our permission.
Violate localized labor regulations or non-discriminatory hiring acts in India.

3. Job Posting Regulations

When you submit a job vacancy on IND Job Circle:

Hiring Fee Ban: You must NEVER demand money, selection fees, or documentation charges from candidates. Any card linked to paid selection is instantly deleted.
Contact Details: You must submit valid phone numbers, map pins, or corporate websites.
Audit Rights: We reserve absolute rights to review, hold, or permanently remove listings without notice if guidelines are compromised.

4. Candidate Guidelines

Candidates applying to jobs listed on our board are responsible for providing accurate resumes, academic details, and contact markers. You agree to communicate respectfully with employers. Spamming contact numbers or submitting duplicate applications is a violation of these terms.

5. Disclaimers & Liability Limits

IND Job Circle functions as a public job directory. We display details for informational purposes. To the fullest extent allowed by Indian laws:

We do not guarantee the correctness or legitimacy of any job card.
We are not responsible for any hiring choices, contractual disputes, or financial losses occurring from job applications.
We do not guarantee that the site will run uninterrupted or compile free of glitches.
