Retail Trainee

The Academy for Retail Training is an intensive 1-month residential program designed to equip you with the skills required to excel in luxury retail. This program ensures you are job-ready from Day 1 of your professional journey. Key responsibilities (Post Training): 1. Assist customers with product selection and provide excellent service 2. Build strong customer relationships and ensure a premium experience 3. Handle basic billing, inventory, and store operations 4. Achieve sales targets and contribute to store performance Selection & Training Process: 1. Interview: Shortlisted candidates will undergo a virtual interview. 2. Onboarding: Selected candidates will receive a selection email from upGrad, followed by a final invite to the training program. 3. Training Terms: i) The 1-month residential training is free of cost (no fees or charges). ii) No salary or stipend is paid during the training period. Placement & Compensation: Upon successful completion of the training, candidates will be absorbed into retails stores based on vacancy availability. i) Locations: Various stores across Madhya Pradesh. ii) Starting Salary: Beginning at 14,000 per month (higher packages are available for candidates with relevant work experience).
