We are seeking a Finance Intern / Junior Executive who views accounting as a system to be optimized, not just a set of books to be kept. Role Overview Company: TatvaOps | EROEI Tech Pvt Ltd Position: Finance Intern / Junior Executive Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru (Onsite) Employment Type: Internship (with PPO potential) / Full-Time Experience Level: 0 to 2 years (Freshers welcome) Stipend: 10,000 per month (Fixed) Core Responsibilities 1. Bookkeeping & Financial Integrity Maintain core bookkeeping and comprehensive financial records to ensure absolute accuracy, transparency, and "audit-ready" status. Manage the complete invoicing cycle, safeguarding timely revenue recognition and driving proactive collections. Perform rigorous bank, vendor, and inter-company reconciliations to maintain total data integrity across the platform. 2. Tax & Statutory Compliance GST & TDS Management: Gather necessary data and execute end-to-end GST filings (including GSTR-1 and 3B) and timely TDS returns. Tax Reconciliation: Meticulously reconcile GST and TDS transactions (GSTR-2B vs. Books) to ensure zero leakage and full compliance. Corporate Compliance: Gather data and documentation to actively support all ROC filings, Income Tax submissions, and external regulatory reporting requirements. Local Laws: Oversee and manage registrations and periodic filings for Professional Tax (PT) and the Shops & Establishment Act. 3. Process Engineering & Technology SOP Development: Assist in creating, implementing, and refining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline day-to-day financial operations. System Automation: Learn and identify opportunities to leverage technology and AI tools to automate manual financial workflows, systematically reducing errors in invoicing and reporting. Scaling Operations: Help build and reinforce robust financial systems capable of supporting a high-growth marketplace. 4. Audit, Reporting & MIS Prepare monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports, including Profit & Loss (P&L) and Cash Flow statements, to drive data-backed strategic decisions. Assist in coordinating annual statutory filings and prepare all necessary documentation to ensure smooth external audits.
