IT Recruiter/Technical Recruitment

Join our team as an IT Recruiter. We welcome applications from freshers to candidates with up to 2 years of experience, especially those with a technical background and an interest in recruitment. The role covers the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage the end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle 2. Understand job requirements across IT roles such as Developers, Data Analysts, Data Scientists, Data Engineers, SAP Consultants, Cybersecurity, and Artificial Intelligence 3. Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and references 4. Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews or telephonic discussions 5. Assess candidates on technical skills, communication, and role fit 6. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients 7. Follow up on feedback, offer rollout, and candidate joining 8. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers 9. Build and manage a pipeline of IT candidates for ongoing requirements 10. Meet defined TAT and hiring targets 11.
