Human Capital Management Consultant

We are looking for an experienced HCM Consultant to implement, configure, and support Human Capital Management solutions for clients and internal HR operations. The role involves working closely with HR teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams to optimize end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, payroll, performance management, workforce planning, and employee lifecycle management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Analyze business requirements and map them to HCM system capabilities. 2. Configure and implement HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Recruitment/Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Learning Management, Time & Attendance, and Compensation & Benefits. 3. Conduct workshops with stakeholders to gather and validate business requirements. 4. Prepare functional specification documents, process flows, and solution design documents. 5. Support data migration activities, system testing, and user training sessions. 6. Troubleshoot functional issues and provide ongoing system support. 7. Coordinate with technical and development teams for customizations and enhancements. 8. Ensure compliance with HR policies, statutory regulations, and organizational standards. 9. Provide post-implementation support and recommend system/process optimizations.
