2. Sourcing excellence: Utilize job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn Recruiter, and internal databases to identify top-tier IT talent.
3. Technical screening: Conduct thorough initial screenings to assess technical competency, communication skills, and cultural fit.
4. Tax term expertise: Must be well-versed in US Tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and US Visa types (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT).
5. Negotiation: Handle rate/salary negotiations with candidates and vendors while ensuring profit margins are maintained.
6. Pipeline management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of proactive candidates for recurring technical roles.
