Field Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities: 1. Identify, appoint, and onboard new distributors for motorcycle spare parts in their base location and nearby markets 2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key dealers 3. Drive primary and secondary sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets 4. Conduct regular market visits to build a pipeline and close distribution deals 5. Monitor competitor activity and provide market feedback 6. Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy receivables 7. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and support
