Human Resources (HR) Manager

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Sr. HR Generalist who will be responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle from hiring to exit while ensuring smooth HR operations and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding) 2. Handle employee lifecycle management (joining to exit process) 3. Design and implement HR policies and SOPs 4. Manage employee engagement and retention activities 5. Conduct performance reviews and assist in KPI/KRA setting 6. Handle employee grievances and maintain workplace discipline 7. Maintain HR records, documentation, and compliance 8. Support training and development initiatives 9.
