Executive Assistant To The Director

As an Executive Assistant to the Director intern at Suresh Dani's Classes, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Director and gain valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic educational environment. Your proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS-Word, spoken and written English, and MS Office will be essential in supporting our team and contributing to our success. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assist the Director in day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing files. 2. Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports using MS-Office suite to ensure accuracy and professionalism. 3. Communicate effectively with staff, students, and parents in English, both verbally and in writing, to provide exceptional customer service. 4. Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes and strategic planning initiatives. 5. Coordinate logistics for events, workshops, and seminars, including booking venues, managing invitations, and overseeing registration. 6. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. 7. Collaborate with team members and take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the smooth operation of the organization.
