What You'll Own Content and Community Own the content calendar for X and Instagram end to end Create and post daily content threads, reels, stories, spaces, memes, live event updates Build and grow community engagement replies, quote tweets, comment sections Write copy that sounds like a human, not a brand Podcast Content Multiplication Receive raw podcast recordings from the production team after each episode Cut 3-5 short clips per episode for Instagram Reels and X Create quote graphics for LinkedIn Write episode descriptions, show notes, and newsletter sections Upload and schedule episodes across Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and YouTube Make it easy for podcast guests to share pre-written tweets, pre-cut clips, branded graphics delivered same day as episode drop Growth Grow our X and Instagram following significantly over the 8-month contract Run giveaways, contests, and engagement campaigns that convert to real followers Identify growth levers specific to Web3 Twitter and crypto Instagram Analyse what works, double down, kill what doesn't Influencer Campaigns Identify and onboard KOLs and influencers for each city and each event Brief influencers, coordinate content, track deliverables Ensure influencer content goes live on time and as agreed Event Coverage Coordinate with city teams and the production person for real-time content during events Post live updates, speaker quotes, crowd moments, and behind-the-scenes content Turn every event city into a trending moment on crypto Twitter
