Zoho CRM, ATS & Recruitment Operations

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Setting up and configuring Zoho CRM for recruitment operations based on provided SOPs 2. Designing and implementing recruitment workflows, pipelines, and stages 3. Assisting in automation of workflows including email notifications, task assignments, and follow-ups 4. Supporting the setup and optimization of ATS (Applicant Tracking System) within Zoho Recruit/CRM environment 5. Ensuring smooth candidate tracking system through the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle using ATS structure 6. Creating dashboards, MIS reports, and performance tracking systems 7. Testing workflows and ensuring system accuracy and efficiency 8. Maintaining proper documentation of CRM and ATS configurations 8. Coordinating with internal stakeholders for process alignment and improvements
