Role Overview
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work on organizational readiness for the implementation of new Labour Codes in India, including assimilation of changes resulting from the consolidation of 29 labour laws into 4 codes.
2. Coordinate with Head HR to assess and drive necessary changes in CTC structures, payroll components, and statutory compliances in line with revised legal definitions.
3. Review and optimize HR process cycle times, including Full & Final (F&F) settlements, to ensure compliance with updated regulatory timelines.
Evaluate and recommend policy changes (e.g., gratuity, benefits, and statutory policies) impacted by labour code reforms.
4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant implementation of labour codes effective 1st July, including digital compliance requirements.
5. Design and implement a structured career level framework, including creation of sub-levels within the Director band, to enable clear career progression and internal mobility.
6. Ensure organizational hierarchy and career structures support sustainable talent pyramids and long-term talent retention.
7. Conduct market benchmarking of career structures and role leveling against leading recruitment and search firms.
8. Work with leadership to align career frameworks with business growth, succession planning, and talent strategy.
