This position is strictly a back-office profile and does not involve field work or site visits. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing property valuation reports, verifying property documents, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely report delivery. Key Responsibilities: 1. Prepare valuation reports for properties inspected by Site Engineers. 2. Review and verify property documents, plans, legal papers, and related records. 3. Finalize valuation reports as per banking and industry standards. 4. Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth workflow. 5. Ensure timely delivery of reports within the defined turnaround time (TAT). 6. Maintain proper documentation and reporting accuracy. 7. Handle multiple cases efficiently while meeting deadlines.
