HR Service Delivery New Associate

About the Role: This role focuses on improving workforce performance and productivity, enhancing business agility, increasing revenue, and reducing operational costs through effective HR delivery and talent acquisition processes. Talent Acquisition involves identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates for open positions. The role includes creating job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. The role also supports the design, development, and implementation of HR delivery strategies to improve the overall employee experience across the employee lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: 1. Solve routine problems by following established processes, guidelines, and standard procedures. 2. Support talent acquisition and recruitment-related activities as assigned. 3. Coordinate with internal teams and supervisors to ensure smooth task execution. 4. Work closely with team members while following detailed instructions on assigned tasks. 5. Maintain accuracy and consistency in day-to-day operational activities. 6. Contribute as an individual team member within a defined scope of work. 7.
