Role Overview
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide second-level technical support to clients in the USA.
2. Troubleshoot application errors and provide timely resolutions to clients.
3. Investigate issues and queries raised by operational teams, identify root causes, and share findings with the QC and Development teams.
4. Resolve issues remotely by providing solutions or accessing users' desktops when required.
5. Record client escalations and notify the Development and QC teams with detailed analyses.
6. Prepare Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and issue resolution documentation.
7. Communicate effectively with US clients through calls and chatbot interactions.
8. Hands-on experience in C programming or macro coding is preferred.
