Eligibility Graduate (Mandatory) Freshers & candidates with up to 1 years of sales experience can apply. Key Responsibilities Generate new business opportunities through calls, referrals, networking, and field activities. Acquire new clients for Demat & Trading accounts. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Explain company products, trading platforms, and investment solutions to customers. Conduct client follow-ups and ensure account activation. Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets. Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions. Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the team. Required Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and convincing ability. Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach. Basic knowledge of the stock market and financial products (preferred but not mandatory). Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
