Inside Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities: 1. Conducting outbound sales calls to generate leads and close sales 2. Providing excellent customer service to existing customers and addressing any issues or concerns they may have 3. Collaborating with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies 4. Maintaining accurate records of all sales and customer interactions in our CRM system 5. Keeping up to date with industry trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities 6. Meeting and exceeding sales targets on a weekly and monthly basis 7. Participating in regular sales training and professional development activities to enhance your skills and knowledge
