Business Development Associate

Key responsibilities: 1. Generate business through Upwork, Freelancer, and other freelancing platforms 2. Handle end-to-end bidding, proposal writing, client communication, and deal closure 3. Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams 4. Build long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals 5. Negotiate commercial terms and drive consistent revenue growth 6. Identify and pursue new business opportunities across global freelancing platforms
