Field Sales Executive

The 'Field Sales Executive' will support the execution of outlet recce, project audits, and field reporting activities. The selected candidate will undergo structured training to understand retail fit-out execution, quality audits, vendor coordination, and project documentation. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in project execution and field operations. Key responsibilities: A. Outlet recce 1. Conduct outlet/site surveys along with vendors and branch teams. 2. Capture site measurements, photographs, and observations. 3. Report potential site challenges and assist in identifying practical solutions. B. 3D coordination 1. Coordinate with the design team for preparation and finalization of 3D visualizations. 2. Assist in collecting site inputs required for design approvals. C. BOQ support 1. Assist in reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and ensure project requirements are accurately captured. 2. Coordinate with internal teams for BOQ-related clarifications. D. Work-in-progress (WIP) audits 1. Visit project sites to monitor execution progress. 2. Verify work against approved specifications and report any deviations. 3. Support timely closure of observations with vendors and internal teams. E. Final audit & project closure 1. Participate in final project inspections. 2. Verify completion of work as per quality standards. 3. Support documentation required for project handover and closure. F. Repair work audits 1. Inspect repair and maintenance activities at project sites. 2. Ensure repairs are completed as per approved quality standards. G. Photo documentation 1. Capture and maintain pre- and post-execution photographs of fixture & installation (F&I) and repair works. 2. Ensure timely sharing of project documentation with relevant stakeholders. H. Reporting & documentation 1. Maintain project trackers and update audit records. 2. Prepare weekly and fortnightly project status reports and presentations. 3. Assist in preparing monthly completion reports and dashboards. 4. Conduct market visits and share observation reports with the reporting manager. Training & career growth The selected candidates will undergo comprehensive on-the-job training covering: outlet recce and site survey process, project execution and quality audits, BOQ basics, vendor coordination, project reporting and documentation, and retail fit-out execution standards. Successful trainees will gradually take ownership of field projects and project audits based on their performance.
